Probably the one thing that I do when I am in a bad mood that serves to get me out again is to write. I cannot recount the number of times that something at work happens, and I take that experience and turn it into fiction.
One of the disclaimers on some of my fiction is this:
“DISCLAIMER: All characters appearing in this work / journal are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
Caveat: However, if the writer should decide that some cheap therapy is needed and there is does happen to be some hapless victim or two that dies a horrible and senseless death; it very well might be that it does in fact represent someone after all.”
