Prompt: If you could have any mutant/super power, which one would it be, and what would you do with it? (If you already have a mutant or super power, what one would you trade it in for?)
Don’t be absurd. I am half-Fae. I am already a “mutant” by some people’s standards. (I prefer the traditional term of ‘Halfling’, thank you very much.) I am what I am and I make neither apology nor excuse for it. Whatever ‘super’ powers that I have, I gone out and gotten them for myself. I don’t have wings, I cannot fly. I don’t have mental telepathy nor pregognative or telekenetic abilities. I am just simply slightly stronger than many who are fully human and considerably older. To some of my Fae kin I am neither strong nor too terribly old. I can fight with a sword, I can heal people using plant knowledge and I am a survivor.
Big deal.
Some people play the piano, whereas others couldn’t carry a tune in a basket slung over their forearm. Some people can write interesting and compelling prompts while others, well……
