I am not one to be riddled by any kind of guilt whatsoever. Be that as it may, I could not resist the cajoling invitation of my friends, Hsu Danmei and Jackie Burkhart.

Guilt What is yours? Explain yourself
Culinary: Indian food I love food with alot of curry, cardamom or garam masala. I cannot resist the taste of aromatic spices!
Literary: Sun Tsu’s “The Art of War”, Machiavelli’s “The Prince” I am convinced if more people lived their lives by the works of these two authors, the world would be a much better place.
Audiovisual: Bollywood movies They are completely silly and pointless, but everyone in them looks happy, sings and dances and they all dress very well.
Musical: Mozart What more can one say? It’s Mozart.
Celebrity: Gerard Butler I just saw that movie ‘300’. The lead role reminds me of someone, but I just cannot seen to place who that might be…..

  1. What’s Bollywood? It sounds cool!!!

    • Bollywood is actually a name given to films that are created in Bombay (now known by its traditional name of Mumbai), India. Most of the films are done in Hindi, a few are done in English. There is always song and dance that is woven into the scripts, love triangles, comedy and quite a lot of melodrama. They tend to be lower budget than films made in Hollywood, but both the audiences and the actors have alot of fun, generally.

  2. I have revealed the sources of a few of my own guilty pleasures. I fear I am not acquainted with any of yours, though “The Art of War” sounds like something the Lionheart would hold close to heart; I myself should prefer Gerard Butler.

    • I am quite sure that you would enjoy the works of Sun Tsu, and also I am convinced that you would have liked to have read the code of Bushido Shoshinshu of Tiaira Shigesuke. Somehow you remind me very much of the great warrior lords and ladies of Nippon….the Japans.

  3. I’ve noticed there’s something oddly familiar about that Gerard Butler, apart from the fact that he likes to play me in movies.

    • Well, if he is going to play anyone, why not fixate on you, Hsu? I can think of far worse people to try to emmulate. You know what is said about immitation and flattery. Although, I think you have a much nicer physique than he does. *smiling with what is as close to a leer as Fanny could possibly get*

But….I can’t imagine him being anywhere nearly as interesting to talk to – amongst other things.

      • Why thank you, Frances. *near smiles at her near-leer* Yes, I’ve seen a photo of him in that new film, muscles like that are a bit too much.

        Of course not especially.
